Hi, I’m Skylar Dudash, a college student at the University of Advancing Technology (UAT), where I’m majoring in Network Security. I have a strong passion for cybersecurity and am committed to building a career in protecting organizations from digital threats. My goal is to work with a company or organization that truly values the importance of investing in network security and staying ahead of emerging risks. I’m excited to apply my skills and dedication to make a meaningful impact in this ever-evolving field.
Student Innovation Projects (SIP) are UAT’s equivalent of a master’s thesis but are way more fun and end up being prominent projects in the student’s portfolio when they graduate and enter the workforce. Many students spend several semesters developing their products or prototypes, and some even turn into patents or go to market as a business. The goal is to focus on innovation.
These comprise a student's six objectives for their major. My major is Network Security.
